M300 Terms & Conditions – A Guide to Using Malaysia's Gaming Platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and m300 ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account or using any part of the m300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out in this document.

• You are 21 years and above at the time of registration.
• You are a valid Malaysian citizen or resident with an active Malaysian phone number.
• You are registering for your own personal use only – not as an agent, representative, or third party acting on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise banned from the m300 platform.
• The account you register belongs solely to you, and all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are only permitted to register one account only at m300. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of our terms and may result in the closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

M300 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity or age from any member. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Registering with m300 is simple and quick. You will need to provide an active Malaysian phone number, a unique username, and a strong password. All information you provide at registration and at any time thereafter must be accurate and truthful.

• Username chosen must not contain obscene, offensive language or resemble the name of any m300 staff member.
• Password is entirely your responsibility to keep secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including m300 staff – we will never ask for your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, whether or not it occurs with your knowledge, except in cases of fraud that have been promptly reported to m300.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact the m300 support team immediately at [email protected].
• Each account is for the sole use of its registered owner. Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any other party is strictly prohibited.

M300 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 every request.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days, depending on your payment method and VIP tier.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once must meet the minimum wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• M300 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. You may not withdraw funds to a different payment method from the one used to make your deposit.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using a method not listed above may result in the transaction being declined without notice and could potentially lead to account closure.

M300 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a way of rewarding our members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion, as well as the general terms stated below.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first qualifying deposit (minimum deposit RM 50). The wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• Bonus funds and cash in your account are wagered separately. Your base cash balance is not subject to any wagering requirement – only the bonus portion is.
• M300 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or violation of promotional terms.
• Bonus wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20×). This means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM 2,000 in wagers before the bonus portion can be withdrawn.
• Not all games on m300 contribute equally toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. The contribution ratio for each game is stated on the relevant promotions page.
• M300 reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The m300 platform provides a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Malaysian members. To maintain this standard, every member is required to comply with the following code of conduct at all times while using the platform.

• All games at m300 use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The outcome of every round is completely random and cannot be influenced by anyone.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any external tools to play or interact with the m300 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or game errors for unfair gain must be reported to m300 immediately. Any winnings obtained through such means are void and subject to recovery.
• Abusive behaviour, threats, spreading false information about m300, or harassment of other players through any communication channel provided by m300 is strictly prohibited.
• M300 is not liable for any disruption to a member's internet connection during an active game session. We recommend ensuring you have a stable internet connection before starting a gaming session.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a player's records and m300's system records, m300's system records shall be considered final and binding.

• All communications between your device and m300's servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Member passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and cannot be decrypted by anyone, including m300's technical staff.
• Your financial details and payment card information are not stored on m300's servers – all transactions are processed directly through payment gateways with certified security accreditation.
• M300 only collects data necessary to provide its services, comply with legal requirements, and improve the user experience.

M300 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time where there is sufficient cause to do so. The following circumstances may result in action being taken against your account.

• Violation of any part of these m300 Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity conducted through the m300 platform.
• Holding more than one active account at m300.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions in a manner contrary to the spirit of the programme.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves or by the relevant authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any legitimate remaining balance (after deducting ineligible bonuses or winnings) will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe. m300 reserves the right to withhold funds believed to have been obtained through fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact m300 support via live chat or email. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

M300 believes gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and should never cause financial or emotional distress to anyone. To that end, we provide a range of measures to promote responsible gaming among all our Malaysian members.

• M300 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, external cyberattacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• The outcome of all games at m300 is final once recorded by the system. Appeals regarding game results based on assumptions or perceived errors will not be entertained.
• M300 is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of specific gambling strategies or advice obtained from third parties.
• M300's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by that member to the platform.
